Dream Developers has been a family run business for over 20 years. Originating out of Mashpee, Massachusetts, Dream Developers is currently located in East Hampton, Connecticut. Dream Developers specializes in custom homes and commercial construction.  While located in Massachusetts, we built more than 50 custom homes in the Mashpee and New Seabury areas of Cape Cod as well as constructed a four story dentist office and professional building.  In Connecticut, we are currently involved in the construction of two active adult communities, a new 7,500 square foot  Medical Office Building and have recently completed  a 3500 square foot clubhouse and the reconstruction of Saint Mary’s Ukranian Catholic Church in Colchester, Connecticut. In addition, they have built numerous custom homes in central Connecticut.
