Stephen J. Motto has over 15 years of experience in the construction industry.  Stephen is currently the president of Dream Developers and is in the process of constructing Laurel Ridge, an 88 home active adult community located in East Hampton, Connecticut.  Prior to acquiring Dream Developers from a family member, Stephen worked as Project Manager for LCM Construction, a division of The Daylar Group of Middletown, Connecticut.  While with LCM, Stephen worked on the Hamilton Farm project located in Gladstone, New Jersey, The River Highlands in Cromwell, Connecticut and the Lake of Isles in North Stonington, Connecticut.  In addition to the projects for LCM Construction, Stephen also project managed the construction of school facilities PS119, IS114 and PS130 for the New York School Construction Authority in Brooklyn and Queens, New York.  Stephen’s experience varies greatly.  His most recent projects with Dream Developers include the reconstruction of Saint Mary’s Ukranian Catholic Church in Colchester, Connecticut  and Lantern Lane, an Active Adult Community in Vernon, Connecticut.  In addition to project management skill, Stephen is also a very skilled designer/drafter.  He has extensive experience in both commercial and residential construction and has worked with conventionally framed, pre-engineered and modular buildings systems.

Peter P. Govoni – Peter came to Dream Developers after a very successful career with a top fortune 500 corporation.  While with this corporation, he served a variety of Senior Management rolls, most recently as Vice President of Operations.  After serious thought, he chose to make a career change and join Dream Developers.  Peter is a vital part of the success of this company.  His strong business sense and contract knowledge have played a key roll in our ability to continue to grow profitably.  At Dream Developers, Peter is responsible for the coordination of subcontractors and management of resources.  He also serves as a point of contact for all of the office staff.

Lisa M. Motto – Lisa serves as the financial officer for Dream Developers.  Lisa graduated from the University of Connecticut with a bachelors in Business Management and went on to work in the insurance industry after  college.  With a strong financial background, Lisa was able to make a smooth transition into her roll with Dream Developers.  She is responsible for managing all financial aspects of the company.

Susan M. Govoni – Susan began working for Dream Developers after a long varied career with a fortune 500 company.  She brings over twenty years of customer service experience to our team.  Sue is responsible for follow-up with clients in regards to customer relations for goods and services on warranty items and inquiries after occupancy.  She also schedules and coordinates all work with subcontractors and suppliers in order to ensure that all items of concern have been repaired and/or completed to the customer’s satisfaction.
