LAUREL RIDGE IS AN ENERGY EFFICIENT/GREEN COMMUNITY

Winner of the 2008 Propane Exceptional Energy Homebuilder Award. We use Propane as a primary energy source which is environmentally friendly, non toxic and cleaner, with lower maintenance.

We use high efficiency (92% +) LP Gas Furnaces

We use LP power vented LP Gas Water Heaters with a Green Choice Gas Burner, which provides 33% lower NOx emissions then standard gas burners.

We use LowE glass and thermaledge spacer bars in Bonneville windows and doors.  All of our Bonneville windows and doors meet or exceed federal regulations to be considered Energy Star compliant.
